One of our Esteemed Investment banking IT Client is urgently looking for BPM Developers with 5+ years of experience based out for Chennai location.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Ideal candidate must have :

- The Business Process Management Analyst/GUI Developer will have experienced with BPM tools from vendors such as Appian, IBM, Lombardi, Oracle, Pegasystems, Software AG and TIBCO.

- Must have experience using an ESB for data sourcing and publishing.

- Knowledge of Web Services, Java/J2EE, XML/XSDs, UML, JMS, standard development methodology (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Spiral, Waterfall, RAD, etc.), and object-oriented development. - - - Experience with large-scale system design and integration tasks, comprising design and implementation of major systems, systems of systems, integration of systems elements and related support systems.

- Good team player characteristics with strong verbal and written communication skills.
