Job Description: IT Services develops and supports Atlas tool. This involves working on RFCs, bug fixing and production support. The new hire will take jobs as detailed below :
Responsible for Atlas & other Remedy tools worldwide.
Development for new releases, and bug fixes.
Maintain existing releases.
Creating required project artifacts like detailed design documents, test cases and others based on SDLC.
Develop and test various the tools independently and collectively.
Maintain source code control of all application code, scripts.
Provide innovative ideas to improve the system.
Production support of the systems.
Desired Profile: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education from a reputed Institute
Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in following areas:
Primary Skills
Remedy Action Request System- latest version 7.0 or later.
Unix shell scripts, Oracle SQL.
Secondary Skills
C, Perl
Knowledge of Software Development Life-Cycle
Strong Problem Solving Skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
