CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE / TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Roles and Responsibilities: Provide prompt and quick resolutions to customer quires.

Skill & Job Requirements: Working knowledge of PCs e.g. MS Office with reasonable keyboard skills Knowledge of Desktops, Generic understanding of Customer service Excellent spoken English and reasonably good written communication skills Excellent listening skills Team player Reasonable analytical skills

Experience: 0-3 Years
Location: Pune

Skills: Responsible for customer service,Turnaround within set time frames,Minimize customer dissonance, Optimize charge out and cost per transaction. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and participate in developing improvement plans. Implementation of new negotiated facilities services and programmes. Ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles. Handle written customer correspondence on behalf of operations. Communicate with operations staff on client issues, policy change etc. Maintain customer and vendor databases.
