Job Description

Crimson Interactive is looking for a person who has a passion for innovative marketing both online and off line. Candidate will be responsible for managing a team consisting of people from various nationalities like Japanese. He will be responsible for online marketing (SEO, SEM, specific campaigns etc.) as well as offline marketing in the academic arena. Crimson Interactive operates in a very niche market and one has to think out of the box to be successful.

Primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing SEO and SEM for the company websites
- Identifying market gaps and taking appropriate action
- Business development in international markets
- Analyzing and keeping a track of competitor activities
- Making pricing decisions for various services
- Plan and launch new campaigns
- Track visitors trends and take action accordingly
- Manage the marketing team of non-natives and designers
- Interact with high potential clients and strike long term partnerships
- May need to travel Internationally for assignments
- Interact with the various departments to identify new products and services
- Interacting and coordinating with the designers to make websites, marketing material etc

Desired Candidate Profile
Expertise required:

- Knowledge of search engine optimization
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Curiosity, ambition, creativity and willingness to work in a fast-pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills
