Job Location is Delhi and salary is from Rupees 4,00,000 - 7,00,000/- with experience from 5 - 10 Years.

Job Description

1. To manage various portals and target them for revenue and business growth.
2. To manage a team of Content Professionals and Programmers for growth and development of these portals.
3. To carry out various SWOT analysis to determine the selection of Online Media Agency and justifying the same with increased sales figures.
4. Carry the target of the group sales through Online Advertising business model.
5. Monitor and record the changing pattern of searches / search keywords on the Internet and push the team to monetize the traffic on the new set of keywords.

Desired Profile.

1. Candidate must have an experience of 5-10 years in the Internet Development field.
2. Must have thorough relevant experience of Online Advertising for at least 2 years.
3. The candidate should be self-driven and able to work on own initiative.
4. Any prior experience in dotcom/media assignment would be an added advantage.
5. Offer an excellent analytical and problem solving skills, management, and ability to follow through with projects from inception to completion.
6. Adapt at Multi-disciplinary Jobs.
7. Ability to do statistical analysis.
8. Professional education in the field of IT and experience in online sales /media & advertising/portals.
9. Prior experience in doing online research and identifying growth sectors.
10. The candidate should be able to lead from front his team of developers in the portal division.
11. Excellent written and Good oral Communication.
