Recruitment for Technical Support
Job Description :
- The staff would be required to support existing users (travel agencies) of software in Delhi. This would involve support of phone, agency visits, etc.
- The nature of support would include first level both functional and technical support for the software.
- Additionally the staff would also be required to provide training to the users on the usage of the software, would be required to install and upgrade the software at the agency sites and would be responsible for testing of new upgrades .
- The staff would also maintain lists of bugs
Desired Profile :
- He should be a Commerce graduate.
- Should have sound computer operation knowledge in Windows environment and office 2000.
- Should be good at accounting and should have minimum 6 months of experience of working in a travel agency back office operations in an automated environment – preferably with some accounting software.
- A candidate-knowing Tally can be also looked at for this profile.
- Should be able to install, upgrade software, and possess good communication skills and quick at learning with understanding of travel agency back office operations preferable in an automated environment.
